Maintaining the tourist presence of Tamaulipas in its main markets, the head of the state SECTUR, Fernando Olivera Rocha, concluded with the activities of the “TAM 2022 Road Show”, an event that took him to tour the main cities of the country.

Monterrey, Mexico City, San Luis Potosí, and Querétaro were the destinations that make up this tour to discuss and thank more than 230 representatives of tourism associations, tour operators, travel agents, and specialized media.

 

 

“I want to share with you some activities, products, and efforts that have been made in Tamaulipas. “The Surprise of Mexico” is here to stay with a product and tourist offer, infrastructure, and of course with very professional people with whom you will continue to do business in the coming years,” said Olivera Rocha.

During the meetings, achievements in tourism were shared, whereas, during the current administration of Governor García Cabeza de Vaca, more than 2,100 million were invested in infrastructure. Achieving its historical records of visitors and tourists, generating millionaire economic spills that positioned Tamaulipas as a safe tourist destination.

“That is why we make this tour of the country, in our natural markets that continue to grow towards the state of Tamaulipas. I appreciate the work done by Tamaulipas in these years, for believing, contributing, and helping us so that today it is a truly touristic state. A destination in the northeast of our country that is on our minds today and that will allow us to surprise our clients”, concluded the Secretary of Tourism of Tamaulipas.
