Being part of the evolution within the meetings industry, members of the tourism sector of Tamaulipas, chaired by Secretary Fernando Olivera Rocha, participate in this Morelos capital, within the “3rd. Atelier Meetings Training and Business 2022”.
The Tamaulipas representation will hold pre-established work appointments with 40 meeting planners, networking sessions, and training in this meeting. Managing businesses, and promoting future congresses and meetings in the state, is an activity that has been strengthened with the work of the current administration of Governor Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca.
In the event’s participation of Tamaulipas, Olivera Rocha made a destination presentation before the congress organizers, suppliers, and speakers. Detailing the beautiful spaces that the state has for tourist activity or holding events, congresses, and other opportunities, which in recent years have multiplied in the southern zone.
“Suppliers, hoteliers, and employees of the Secretariat are with me, with whom they will have the opportunity to share: Why think of a destination like Tamaulipas? A state that has been prepared in recent times to continue growing. Tamaulipas is going to surprise you, it is earning its place for the development of the meetings industry”, said Secretary Olivera Rocha before industry professionals.
In the opening ceremony of activities of the “3er. Atelier Meetings 2022” were present Julieta Goldzweig Cornejo, Secretary of Tourism and Culture of the State of Morelos; Fernando Olivera Rocha, Secretary of Tourism of Tamaulipas; Nancy Ortega, president of the Morelos Hotel Association; Esther Elena Peña Núñez, general director of the Morelos Tourism Trust and Fernando Compeán, CEO of Atelier Meetings.
