This area of 38 hectares has a convention center to organize events with a capacity for 2500 attendees, a 987 m2 gallery for temporary exhibitions, an experimental theater with a capacity of 250 seats, 7 workshops of scenic arts, and an audiovisual room for 41 attendees as well as a bookstore. It also has outdoor spaces such as playgrounds for children, docks, a lagoon, a bicycle track, and a workout station.
